Just the other day I went to turn on the sci fi channel (I have cablevision) and my screen was completely red and said “you now need a digital box to view this channel”. No warning, no letter, and no e-mail, they just stopped it while charging me the same money, and an additional box is like 4 bucks extra a month. Fuck these fucking fuckers to fucking hell!

all I have to say is this country has known about this issue for a loooooooooong time and sat idly by as we all continued to get pump raped.

 

Now I read articles talking about the coming hike in corn as we prepare for the use of more ethanol and bio diesel. I have supported the idea of bio diesel since it was first spoken about, but new it would not come to fruition unless the government or oil companies could get a hand in it. Now if ten years ago we plotted more land for corn crops and focused more funds and efforts on those farmers instead of continuously bending to towel head regime we might have been a leg up, but leave it to our government to wait for the last minute and then just create a war to solve the problem.

 

The instant this war/crusade is over our economy will flourish. Think about it; our housing market is destroyed, but with the return of troops with money and loans, home transactions will begin anew with families and lives being planned. These men and women will need jobs sparking the workforce, but wait you say “the economy is shit and the job market is crumbling where will they all work?” Most military individuals are self starters and are offered business starting grants so in turn this will make more jobs for the average American also. Yes it won’t happen overnight but it will be a lot faster than if we wait.

 

Looking at the world right now the two biggest economies are becoming China (pre quake) and India, the two most tightly kept countries except for economic trade. Maybe we should follow their lead because our most industrious and motivational time was our country’s birth when we basically kept the same attitude until Germany pulled us into WW1 (then pulling us back into 2 which saved our economy at the time…. THAT TIME, a war wont save us this time). We should just go back to keeping to ourselves.

 

I dunno I’m rambling at this point.

Seriously did anyone ever think if movie theaters banded and stopped leasing films at super outrageous prices then maybe production companies would get the point and lower their cost to the theater in turn lowering our ticket prices? But why do Production Company’s charge so much you say? Well yes special effects we all love so much are not cheap, and permits for filming get numerous, but also to get Julia Roberts in a film and pay her 30+million dollars for ACTING….. IT”S FUKCING ACTING, anyone can act, children play make pretend all the time, I act like my job is interesting and make small talk with co workers, ANYONE CAN ACT!

 

Maybe if we all told Julia Roberts to go screw and get someone who would ACT for like 60g a film instead then those savings could be passed down, and eventually to us.
