Does anyone else think slightly that the government knew the outcome of continuing to let banks make shotty loans for so long? Maybe that it was a ploy to get their hands around a little more control………. communism anyone?

Its amazing were lending…. did I say lending; I meant GIVING all this money to bail out these banks and giving them protection from bankruptcy consequences, but then if you the “ordinary citizen” need to file bank or foreclosure you still of course don’t get the same bail outs, is the government allowing my friend who has to foreclose some kind of protection….. NOPE. If big banks get bail outs then so should the public. Were being forced to see our tax dollars get funneled into the so called free capitalist society that the government is not supposed to tamper with. I’m not saying “don’t do it at all”, I mean we need corporations for many pieces of our economy, but if you give the big guys perks then the little guys need them to. Seriously all these banks are getting help but in the end it is only going to help them because it is so hard to get a loan or mortgage now regular people will never see the chance for that money.

The truth is banning these restaurants (loosely called such) is a step in government regulation where it shouldn’t be. Why not create a law requiring people to exercise an hour a day too? Oh wait that would be stupid, so we’ll just blame their laziness on the people that keep feeding them. There is something to be said that the dealer is only 1% at fault for dealing, it is entirely up to the individual to make a decision on how they want their life to be; and if these people are fat and continuing to get fatter let them. It only makes me look more attractive by comparison.

This woman Jan Perry needs a real cause such as the energy crisis or health care, social security, educational assistance in this country, the housing crisis……. But hey this is all small fries to “The Big Fries”, isn’t it.

Now seriously it could take ten plus years for this seek and DESTROY mission to get underway and POSSIBLY (bunny quotes) save us a few cents and by that time production costs would have sky rocketed our price at the pump well beyond the American citizen’s comfortable capabilities. Not to mention it will destroy the ecology of anything they touch and that is something you can NEVER repair.

Can we not take this same money and time and put a definitive search into alternative fuels; and when I say “fuels” it’s a plural because one fuel is not the answer. We need many fuels for different solutions. The government, both republican and democrat, hide our dependency on oil in that we have not found a suitable fuel (singular) replacement. Why do they continuously only look for one? Because they know the average citizen is an idiot and by micro phrasing their words and creating a pseudo battle between the parties the regular Joe will simply take a side and bend over blasting the opposite party as at fault. The fact is both parties are at fault, congress, is at fault, and we the people are at fault! If anything we the people are at fault the most due to taking this and not collaborating for a solution outside our government. I know this sounds difficult but we are a huge nation of moderately intelligent people. Long ago we constructed a government that worked, and we could do it again. The problem is like the average American of all time, we create watch, and forget. We have let professional politicians run this entire country into the ground and will continuously let them do so thinking there is no way out. What we need are unprofessional politicians, and those who disagree remember our founding fathers were not professional politicians, they are idealists; true idealists. That is what we need again.

What we need is some high officials or persuasive citizens to petition some fiscally powerful people to finally back the search for a source. I know this has probably been done but seriously “he who holds the fuel, holds the world” at this point. The oil companies are to powerful, bribing and killing whom ever gets in their way and it does need to stop. There is no reason to abandon oil, it is a very efficient and powerful combustion fuel but we can detour its use for the most essential terms, and find secondary fuels for smaller venues, like cars. We can create a biodiesel car and a hybrid car, why not a biodiesel hybrid?

Wow now we get tickets for seat belts and helmets. They tried this in early 2000 late 90’s and bikers flew off the handles and it will happen again. Wow if you cut your salary down to an average of maybe $50,000 (that’s openly because everyone knows you take extras on the side, and I don’t mean stripper extras cause I don’t think Mr. Merrick would tap that!) then other people in the state could get some of that added to minimum wage.

If every state official cut their salaries down to 65,000 and below a year then it would fairly justify you denying minimum wage employees a veto. This would show you care about the well being of the state and not your pockets.

Here is a fantastic plan for CT!

• drop all your salaries to equalize the pay scales (you greedy a-holes would never!)
• sell all publicly paid housing to recoup state funds (that’s right bye bye governor’s mansion)
• start charging churches taxes GOD DAMNIT! This isn’t the dark ages
• drop the gas tax….. or at least fix it low so people can circulate their income on consumables instead of gas to get to work. Financial circulation makes the economy go’ round

When you become a state official you do so for the good of the people and not yourselves. Politicians have become celebrities and it’s because the people allow it. If you look back many political raises began being granted when our economy boomed in the 80’s and 90’s, much because every one was so slap happy spending that they knew they could slip it by and not be griped about it (plus no more hippies!), but when the economy shits out then its time for those raises to come down UNTIL you can get it back. That is the reward for doing a good job.

I want to be governor so bad, so I can put into action everything I speak of. It’s the only way to prove.

You know I always said why not just throw away your computer and lie your ass off about someone stealing your WIFI. The average consumer buys a wireless router and knows nothing about security or WEP hacking. It’s so easy (I mean not for me I know nothing about this stuff, but I hear things) to get into someone’s system and maliciously use their property for gain.

I used to have an online radio show and our major content revolved around the MPAA and RIAA. Week after week we would bash and friends and listeners would call (or use our chat room) and share in our hatred to these corporate a-holes ad their fake cause.

I think these two stories are amazing and can’t wait for the recording industry to finally have to bend over backwards and accept they may not be superior to the average guy anymore, I mean think of all the free ways to promote and produce your music now. When ever I made music (in a local band), I imagined being in a professional band and make a DECENT living. I never really wanted to make gillions of dollars and always said if I did I would Elvis it and freely give it away to charities. in a year the gas companies will put the ka-bosh on this just like they did the EV-1 back in the late 90’s. They had the technology then ,big oil had some poeple killed and patents bought and before you know it the EV-1 ended up in a mexican land fill next to some old Atari E.T. catridges.

I just want to know if the Middle East “can’t” produce enough oil, how is that not considered an interruption of the supply? Supply is generally interrupted when the (bunny quote) NORMAL fucking supply is not attainable!

I can not understand why for the life of me we don’t open the reserves if there is all this SUPPOSED oil hiding under our own soil that can (again bunny quotes) resupply us. I believe this strain is the simple way the oil companies are pushing the government to issue them rights to protected areas for drilling, in turn creating a supply and less demand for alternative fuels there in stinting that progress until THEY can create it.

I already see what’s going to happen. Big Oil gets the right to drill Alaska and resupply us, our prices go down to an average $4 a gallons giving our fat lazy disgusting worthless spineless American asses the (dumb accent) “well at least were not paying $5 dollars a gallon anymore” attitudes. Then this new supply will keep us going for another ten years detouring our stupid industry dependant government from again building a plan to lose the need for fossil fuels until it’s too late the next time. I hate people, and Americans have literally become top of my list….. VIVA LA FRANCE!

I just can’t wait for us to suck our grounds dry causing our fault lines to spread and eventually suck us all into the ground to become mole people.

Open reserves, spur economy, and invest in fucking sugar cane/ corn fields for biodiesel. Use alternative fuels which run longer and cleaner for cars and fossil fuels for industry, in turn saving everyone money. The money we pay the Middle East could go to buying some small island for growing crops of sugar cane for ethanol like Brazil uses.

Let me end by asking a question…. Do you think the government has a plan and they just don’t want to tell us or do you all think they are just truly greedy morons with no real agenda for their people? I hope just like France there is a revolution and some public beheadings.

Don’t worry I’ll aim at bitching about the MPAA/RIAA next time for a change of pace.
